FOB（Free On Board）是 Incoterms® 2020 中适用于海运或内河运输的贸易术语。卖方负责将货物运至约定装运港并装上买方指定船舶；货物装船后，货损风险通常转移给买方。 在实际外贸文件中，需要同时核对交易主体、币种、数量、交付地点、时间节点和合同版本；同一表达在询价、订单、发票与运输单据中的责任边界可能不同。
